It is the onus of the included to include the excluded

Inclusion cannot be passive—it must be intentional.
In a world such as ours, diversity happens, but inclusivity is a choice—a choice for us to make. In a world of billions, no two people are truly the same. Each of us carries a unique mix of experiences, dreams, and identities that deserve to be seen and valued.

Differences do not discriminate, people do. We must amplify the voices of those who are marginalized and underestimated. Within them are individuals with skills, talents, and powerful inherent creativity that can surprise and elevate the world in ways we have never imagined.

No matter what stereotype society sees them as, they are a person first. Beyond identity, beyond struggle, beyond silence—there is a unique heart and a unique human being. And they deserve to be seen, heard, and honored.

The youth of today must lead this change so that every single person can have the better tomorrow that they deserve.

We must now focus on leaving no one behind. That includes you. This call to include others must also echo inward. Give your all. Be authentic. Embrace all aspects of yourself and don’t ever hide. The world needs your full, unapologetic presence.

Let us build spaces where no one feels like a guest at their own table. Let us choose radical empathy over easy indifference. Because real change begins not in institutions, but in individuals—let us choose to be that change
