Breaking Barriers conducted a sensitisation session at Adventures Overland on 30th April 2025. Adventures Overland is a distinguished travel company renowned for curating unique road trip experiences and overland expeditions across India and international borders. With an emphasis on immersive, long-distance travel, the company has gained recognition for organizing iconic journeys such as the “Road to London” and cross-continental trips connecting diverse cultures and terrains.
The primary objective of the visit was to create awareness and initiate meaningful dialogue around inclusion, empathy, and respectful workplace practices among the employees of Adventures Overland. The session aimed to promote understanding and reflection on topics related to unconscious bias, inclusive behaviour, and the value of diversity in a global workplace.

The participants engaged actively and showed a high level of interest in the themes discussed. They acknowledged the importance of sensitisation in both internal team dynamics and external client interactions. Feedback indicated that the session was thought-provoking, relevant, and timely.
