On 18th July 2025, members of Breaking Barriers conducted a sensitisation session at Ramjas School, Pusa Road for the students of Class 11. The session focused on raising awareness about gender identity, sexual orientation, and the importance of building inclusive and respectful environments in schools.
The session included interactive discussions, real-life scenarios, and engaging activities that helped students reflect on the concepts of equality, empathy, and acceptance.
The students were attentive and open, participating actively in the conversation and asking thoughtful questions. Many expressed their appreciation for the session and acknowledged that such dialogues are essential in today’s world. Teachers present also shared positive feedback, recognizing the need for continued sensitisation efforts in school spaces.
